Participation Rules

Don't miss these Participation Rules.

Participants must complete registration before joining the event.
The cyclothon will be conducted from 09 August to 15 August.
Participants must complete their selected cycling distance 20 KM, 50 KM, 75 KM, or 100 KM within the event period in one ride..
For seven day consistency ride minimum 05 KM per day for getting rewards.
Participants who complete 150 Km cycling will be eligible for goodies in seven days consistency ride.
Edited or fake screenshots will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants must submit their cycling proof through Google Form before deadline.
The organisers are not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, or damage during the event.
E-bikes, motorcycles, scooters, or any motor-assisted vehicles are strictly prohibited.
The organisers reserve the right to verify any submitted activity and reject invalid entries.

Refund Policy

Don't miss these Refund Policies.

Full refund after deduction of payment gateway charges 25+ Days Before Event.
50% refund after deduction of payment gateway charges 15–25 Days Before Event.
No refund will be processed once registration closes or within 10 Days Before Event.
Disqualified participants are not eligible for any refund.
In case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to reschedule the event or decide the refund policy.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official communication channel along with the registered email ID and payment details.
Any refund, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
