Participation Rules

Don't miss these Participation Rules.

• Participants must complete registration before joining the event.
• The cyclothon will be conducted from 09 August to 15 August.
• Participants must complete their selected cycling distance 20 KM, 50 KM, 75 KM, or 100 KM within the event period in one ride..
• Only GPS-tracked rides recorded through approved tracking applications will be accepted.
• Edited or fake screenshots will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants must submit their cycling proof through Google Form before deadline.
• The organisers are not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, or damage during the event.
• E-bikes, motorcycles, scooters, or any motor-assisted vehicles are strictly prohibited.
• The organisers reserve the right to verify any submitted activity and reject invalid entries.
